The other event was meeting up with Andy, Laurie and Robin at the Mexaplex theaters at Jordan Commons in West Jordan to see ParaNormaN. As you all know, that is the movie that Andy was one of the animators on. If you're not familiar with it, here is one of the trailers:

The movie was great! LaRue and I really want to see it again. We will probably see it here in Vernal whenever it gets here. And I can't wait for the DVD.

This whole event for John was because he turned 60.
It was a gift from Andy, Laurie, Robin, Emily, Liz, Gary, and me.
The movie had nothing to do with me turning 60. It was just a coincidence that the car event and the movie happened on the same day.
I do appreciate the planning and contributions from everyone that went into everything that day.
The movie was great stuff. We too enjoyed it and will buy the DVD as soon as it comes out.
Happy Birthday car trip. What? You didn't take LaRue along? :)
